How to read this table

Every cell about Paddl was read from Paddl’s own website on 13 August 2026. Where we could not find a feature, the cell says “Not advertised” and not “no” — a thing we could not find on a website is not a thing the product lacks, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Prices and features change; check theirs before you decide.

And we finish by arguing their case. The last section on this page sets out why you might choose Paddl over us. We are confident enough in what we have built to write it, and we think you should be suspicious of any comparison that does not.

Why you might choose Paddl instead

We back ours. But kitchens differ, and there are kitchens where Paddl is the sensible buy — so here they are. We would rather you spent your money well than spent it with us.

You want the HACCP plan itself drafted for you. Paddl generates one. We give you the records and the structure and leave the plan in your hands, which suits some kitchens and not others.
Insurance certificates, licences, leases and an equipment register are what you are shopping for. That is Paddl’s territory rather than ours — we stayed in the kitchen.
Recipe costing, stock and invoices are of no interest to you at all. Half of what we do would sit unopened, and you would know it every time you paid.
